We take our obligations to our patients seriously and are dedicated to providing good customer service.

We will
Treat our patients courteously at all times.
Base our practice on mutual respect and treat our patients courteously at all times.
Aim to be timely and appropriate in our treatment.
Take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients. If a patient is violent they will be warned to stop their behaviour. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action against them to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our list of patients.

You can help us by
  Being on time for your appointment.
  Letting us know if you need to cancel an appointment.
  Allowing 48 hours for the chemist to have your drugs available.
  Not telephoning for repeat prescriptions.
  Ensuring you have all the medication you need for the weekend before midday on Friday.
  Letting us know if you change your address or phone number.
